Sean Conway is an endurance adventurer, author and motivational speaker. He is also the owner of arguably the greatest beard in Britain.
He has made an attempt at a record breaking cycle around the world and narrowly escaped with his life, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro dressed as a Penguin and kayaked the length of the Thames. However, he is perhaps best known as the first person to cycle, swim, and run the length of Great Britain and as the adventurer who completed the world’s longest triathlon, a 4,200 mile journey around the coast of Britain, all without accumulating barnacles.
Kris and Will managed to catch Sean between epic escapades to discuss motivation, becoming an adventurer, pink helmet records and, of course, facial hair.
This is the final episode of season one of the podcast but we’ll be putting season two together as soon as Kris get’s back from his Great British Adventure at the end of July.
